We provide professional wash, dry, and fold services with careful handling, clear pricing, and dependable turnaround times.We specialize in everyday household laundry as well as Airbnb and short-term rental linens, including sheets, towels, and bedding. Wash & Fold

Towels require additional space for proper cleaning and drying.

Bedding (Priced Per Item)
Bedding is washed separately using larger machines to allow proper tumbling.

  • Sheet set (Queen): $12

  • Sheet set (King): $14

  • Blankets / Quilts: $15–$20 (depending on size)

  • Comforters - Full / Queen: $25

  • Comforter - King: $30

$35 minimum per order
Items requiring separate washing may be billed at a flat rate. Details are provided during booking.

Preferred Client Membership (Optional)

For clients who use our service regularly, we offer an optional membership that provides priority scheduling and discounted rates.Membership is month-to-month and not required for service.Residential Membership – $15/month
Member pricing:

  • Wash & Fold: $2.50 per lb (regularly $2.75)

  • Towels: $3.00 per lb (regularly $3.25)

Additional Benefits:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Rate protection for active members

  • Simplified service for repeat clients

Standard pricing remains available for all clients. Membership is best suited for regular clients and hosts with ongoing laundry needs. $35 minimum per order.

We avoid heavy softeners and overdrying to protect fabrics and reduce residue.

Short-Term Rental Service Notes

  • Linens are washed separately by category

  • Hosts must maintain at least two linen sets per unit

  • Pickup must occur no later than Thursday for Friday delivery

  • Pricing is based on item type, not total basket weight

Important Policies

Approval Before Washing:Laundry is not washed until pricing is approved.
If confirmation is not received, service will be delayed or returned unwashed.Pickup & Return Fee:If service is declined after pickup and weighing, a $20 pickup/return fee applies.Payment:

  • Payment is handled securely through Square

  • A card is required on file before service

  • Payment is processed after service is completed

Order Minimums:
A $35 minimum applies to residential wash & fold services.
A $45 minimum applies to rental host linen services for Sealy & Bellville.

Separate Wash Requests:
Laundry requiring separation (including heavily soiled items or special handling) is charged at the standard per-pound rate plus a $10 separate wash fee per category.

Member Service:Preferred Client Members may be eligible for automatic service without per-load approval once a consistent service history is established.Approval may still be required for:

  • Unusual loads

  • Larger-than-normal orders

  • Bedding or specialty items

  • Pricing changes
